. #tidyup #cleantheroom #anajohnsonpreset #kisupresets #diekimpresets #carmushkapresets #margusha #travel #nurse #prettylittleiiinspo #inspirationalquotes #cleaning #sunnyday #balkonien #holiday #coronatime #stayathome #hundm

Being stuck at home isn’t ideal, tidy your room can be a solution to overcoming boredom at home. Your room is the place where you start and end your day. Whether you are aware of it or not, the physical space in which you live and spend a lot of your time has an important role to play in how we behave. Having a messed bedroom can have a variety of effects on your life. Our mind cannot live completely independent from the environment; therefore, keeping the room tidy, organized, and clean is significant.

3.Level up cooking skill

Spending time in positive activities while honing creativity in the kitchen and preparing food yourself is certainly healthier and more satisfying. If you have a decently stocked pantry, you can make a wonderful meal out of a few staples. Watch the Youtube video to try a new cooking recipe, there are lots of simple homemade meals you can try. And if you are able to safely get to the store or have online groceries delivered to you, your choices are even greater!

4.Write journal

It could be anything! You can start journaling by writing a daily plan, gratitude list, things you want to do, or it can be random thoughts. A quick tip for writing: try to start from the thing you like the most. Well, you can also make a vacation list after this pandemic is over. Remember, strive to write whatever is on your mind at that time.

5.Practice self-care

Do you recall a time when music lifted your mood, energized you, or transported you to another time or place? Consider listening to your favourite music in an intentional way to help you cope during a challenging time. Or, if face mask, manicure, pedicure, and body scrub are your thing, start to pamper yourself. Whatever makes you feel good, spare time to do it.

6.Organize your workspace

A well-organized workspace has tremendous benefits. It makes you feel in control and clearly focus and define areas that may need proper attention. Organize everything from your stationeries, laptop, files, and trays. Consider segmenting your work zones into a computer work station and a non-computer based workspace. In some cases, you may need to stay away from the computer-based work in order to keep the distractions away. It may include the signing of papers, scanning documents, writing on paper, or maybe just getting your thoughts together. Even if you have one desk, you can still utilize your work area to get the optimum output you desire.

So, which one you’ll try first?
