Here are the latest update for stay permits for foreign visitors. Including visa, stay permit, emergency stay permit, entering and leaving Indonesia in the new normal.
ITAS& ITAP holder in Indonesia
If you hold a valid stay permit (ITK, ITAS, ITAP) residing in Indonesia, you can now apply to extend your stay permit at the immigration offices.
ITK Holder with Emergency Stay Permit
Holder of visitor permit who has been granted an emergency stay permit can now extend your substantive permit. Unless the COVID-19 pandemic is declared over and there are available transports to leave Indonesia. You can extend your substantive permits from 13th July 2020, within 30 days of a grace period. You can also change your permits from the Visitor permits to Stay Permits.
ITAS & ITAP Holder with an Emergency Stay Permit
Holder of Temporary Stay Permit (ITAS) and Holder of Permanent Stay Permit (ITAP) who has been granted an emergency stay permit can now extend your substantive permits. You can change your Temporary Stay Permit to permanent stay permits. Holder of an emergency stay permit, but your temporary stay permit cannot be extended shall leave Indonesia from 13th July 2020 and not exceed 30 days of a grace period
VOA Holder with an Emergency Stay Permit
Holder of VISA on arrival (B213) who has been granted an emergency stay permit can now extend your substantive permits. You can extend your Visa on Arrival from 13th July 2020, within 30 days of a grace period.
Free Visa Holder with an Emergency Stay Permit
Holder of Free Visa who has been granted an emergency stay permit shall leave Indonesia not exceeding 30 days, from 13th July 2020. Otherwise, you’ll be imposed on the Immigration Administrative Sanction
Holder of ITK & ITAS with new visa telex
Holder of ITK or ITAS in Indonesia who has been granted a new visa telex can apply for your new ITK or ITAS at local immigration offices. You do not require to apply for an Indonesia visa at Indonesia Embassy or Consulate overseas. You’ll be granted a new ITK or ITAS after you make a payment for your new visa at local immigration offices.
